Greetings, many people don't know me yet, so I decided to introduce myself briefly. I am Salhi Issam from Adrar, a student at USTO University living in Oran, an inventor, and a software developer. I have worked in many fields and with various companies locally and internationally, such as NLP, Computer Vision, Blockchain, and Embedded Systems. I have deeply delved into IoT, LoRa, Zigbee, and many other fields, not to mention Full Stack software development. I have contributed to over 24 patents with research professors and centers. I realized that technology isn't everything; business management is equally important. Therefore, I took many courses with UNICEF and various national and international programs, especially SAFINATIC, which I will share with you all later. I also studied at the CDE (Entrepreneurship Development Center). After much effort, I managed to launch my digital project, which I started as a 15-year-old student in high school. It involves manufacturing smart self-service kiosks that can track attendance and help students request various pedagogical documents using only their student ID card—all from a single device. I received more than 4 awards before my Baccalaureate and have participated in over 40 hackathons, including the Egyptian AI Forum, Scientific Youth in Tindouf and Tamanrasset, Small Inventor in Adrar, and 1st place as a Young Researcher at CDRT. I have also won 1st place three times at Adrar University. I have received several national awards, such as Best Inventor for two consecutive years in Algeria from NOAPCE, Youngest Best Inventor from INAPI, and a medal from WIPO—all before entering university. Over time, I completely restructured my institution and signed partnerships with many companies, including USTO MB FPS. Throughout this journey, I have made many friends outside of business, from university residences to social media. My posts have reached 20,000 views on LinkedIn and millions on Facebook. I received many requests to share my knowledge and help students. I have helped many students in various universities, but I still felt it wasn't enough. I started offering free online courses, but that still didn't feel like enough. So, I decided to visit various university residences and student clubs to teach IoT and other skills. I have reached over 200 students, but I realized that after training, each student needs personal mentoring and follow-up for their own business. Therefore, I decided to study the exact needs and create something that will help you perfectly, enabling you all to become entrepreneurs, project owners, and young leaders.
